FICHIERS T\u00c9L\u00c9CHARGEABLES (PDF, ETC.) :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous regrettons de vous informer que nous n&rsquo;effectuons pas de remboursements pour les fichiers t\u00e9l\u00e9chargeables tels que les textes au format PDF. Une fois que le t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement est effectu\u00e9, ces produits sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme livr\u00e9s et ne peuvent \u00eatre retourn\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. MAT\u00c9RIEL DE CROCHET :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les articles physiques tels que le mat\u00e9riel de crochet, notre politique de remboursement s&rsquo;applique dans les conditions suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le client peut demander un remboursement pour le mat\u00e9riel de crochet dans les 14 jours suivant la r\u00e9ception de la commande.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le mat\u00e9riel de crochet doit \u00eatre retourn\u00e9 dans son \u00e9tat d&rsquo;origine, non utilis\u00e9 et dans son emballage d&rsquo;origine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les frais de retour sont \u00e0 la charge du client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e8s r\u00e9ception du retour et apr\u00e8s v\u00e9rification de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat du produit, un remboursement sera effectu\u00e9 selon le mode de paiement initial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. PROC\u00c9DURE DE REMBOURSEMENT :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour initier une demande de remboursement, veuillez contacter notre service client \u00e0 l&rsquo;adresse delphine@phineflo.com.
